Talent Pipeline

Our workforce and developing a talent pipeline is a priority here in Quincy & Adams County, IL. We work with several partners managing workforce development teams, we administer an online service connecting area employers and future workforce, and we promote strategic workforce development initiatives for both youth and adults.
